We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your package is successfully delivered.
If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.
The product delivered is wrong (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or completely different item).
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product has been opened or used.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow our official process:
Take a clear photo or a short video showing the defect or the wrong item delivered.

You can also submit your claim directly through our official WhatsApp support channel.
Once your return request and proof (photo/video) are verified by our complaints department, we will approve your refund or dispatch a fresh replacement item free of cost.
Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to your preferred digital wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) or Bank Account immediately.
Please note that our complaints department holds the final decision on all refund claims.
