Return & Refund Policy

At PakShopia.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your package is successfully delivered.

  • If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Valid Reasons for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival.

  • The product delivered is wrong (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, or completely different item).

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" once the product has been opened or used.

3. How to Open a Return Claim

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow our official process:

  • Take a clear photo or a short video showing the defect or the wrong item delivered.

  • You can also submit your claim directly through our official WhatsApp support channel.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request and proof (photo/video) are verified by our complaints department, we will approve your refund or dispatch a fresh replacement item free of cost.

  • Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be transferred to your preferred digital wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) or Bank Account immediately.

  • Please note that our complaints department holds the final decision on all refund claims.
